This study is motivated by the importance of change management within organizations amid an ever-evolving environment. However, in practice, many organizations face obstacles in the change process, both from structural and cultural perspectives. This study aims to analyze the factors that support and hinder organizational change and to understand the change cycle that occurs. The method used is a qualitative approach involving a literature review, specifically by examining various scientific journals and relevant sources related to change management. Data analysis employs content analysis to identify and categorize information from various sources. The research findings indicate that factors supporting change include participatory leadership, a flexible organizational culture, human resource readiness, as well as budgetary and policy support. Meanwhile, factors hindering change include resistance to change, deeply rooted organizational culture, limitations in human resource competencies, internal conflicts, and fear of risk and uncertainty. Furthermore, the organizational change cycle proceeds through the stages of awareness, implementation, and stabilization, which require systematic management. Thus, the success of organizational change is significantly influenced by the ability to effectively manage supporting factors and minimize hindering factors.
