The development of teacher personality is an important aspect in improving the quality of education amid technological advancements and the demands of 21st-century learning. Teachers are not only required to master pedagogical and professional competencies but also to possess mature, adaptive, and ethical personalities while serving as role models for students. This study aims to analyze the concept, urgency, and strategies for teacher personality development from a modern perspective using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method was conducted through the collection, selection, analysis, and synthesis of relevant scientific literature related to teacher personality competence. The findings indicate that teacher personality in a modern perspective includes emotional stability, professional responsibility, digital communication ethics, adaptability to change, and commitment to continuous self-development. Teacher personality development can be carried out through self-reflection, professional training, improvement of digital literacy, and strengthening moral values and professional ethics. These findings confirm that continuous teacher personality development is necessary for teachers to face the challenges of modern education and to create effective learning processes oriented toward student character building. Therefore, strengthening personality competence is one of the key factors in achieving quality education in the modern era.
