Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of teachers’ classroom management in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools. The research method employed is a narative literature review by examining relevant scholarly publications that meet eligibility criteria, including empirical and theoretical studies on classroom management strategies, effectiveness, barriers, and outcomes. The results indicate that effective classroom management is characterized by teachers’ ability to design instructional tools aligned with students’ characteristics, apply varied teaching methods, establish constructive pedagogical interactions, and manage both the physical and psychological learning environment optimally. Effective classroom management positively influences students’ motivation, participation, discipline, and learning outcomes. The study concludes that strengthening teachers’ competencies in classroom management, along with institutional support through continuous professional development and adequate facilities, is essential to achieving adaptive, inclusive, and high-quality learning in elementary education.
