PENERAPAN METODE LIPS READING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA PADA ANAKTUNARUNGU KELAS 1 DI SLB NEGERI 1 MAKASSAR

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the result of applying the lips reading method to improve vocabulary mastery in deaf children. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out observation, interview and documentasion studies. The subject in this research was a deaf student in class of SD SDL Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of this research show that trough the application of the lips reading method there has been an increase. It can be concluded that the lips reading method can improve vocabuly mastery in deaf children.
