Language education in Indonesia is a challenge that requires special attention in a multicultural context. One important aspect of language education is teaching speaking skills. This article aims to analyze the teaching of speaking skills in a multicultural context with an inclusive approach. This approach emphasizes the diversity of students' cultures, backgrounds and experiences in language learning. The data analysis method used in this article is a qualitative approach using observation, interview and document analysis techniques.
