Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of integrated quality management strategies in strengthening the competitiveness of madrasahs in the digital era at Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum 2 Koek, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency. The focus of the study is directed at planning, implementation, evaluation, and the impact of applying integrated quality management principles on improving institutional and graduate quality. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, teachers, and educational staff, as well as documentary studies. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that integrated quality management strategies are implemented through the strengthening of a digitally-based vision, increasing teacher competence in utilizing learning technology, and optimizing data-based evaluation systems. This implementation is supported by the transformational leadership of the madrasah principal and a quality culture that has begun to be internalized in both academic and administrative activities. In addition, the integration of digital technology in the learning process and madrasah information management significantly contributes to improving the effectiveness of educational services. Its impact is seen in increased public trust, student achievements, as well as the madrasah's ability to adapt to global demands. An integrated quality management strategy based on digital technology becomes a key factor in strengthening the competitiveness of madrasahs. Therefore, continuous commitment, systemic innovation, and policy support are needed to ensure the sustainability of quality implementation in the madrasah environment.
