PENERAPAN MEDIA WORDWALL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA DI SDN MANDING LAOK 1

Abstract

Learning media is one of the important things in the teaching and learning process because it can help teachers in conveying lesson material to students. Using appropriate learning media can make the learning process more interesting so that students can more easily understand the material being taught. Apart from that, students' active learning is also very influential in learning success. Active students usually understand the material more easily because they are directly involved in learning activities in class. One learning media that can be used to increase student learning activity is Wordwall media. This research aims to find out how the use of Wordwall media increases student learning activity. This research was carried out at SDN Manding Laok 1. The research method used was a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation during the learning process, including during Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities. The research results show that using Wordwall media can make the learning atmosphere more interesting and less boring. Students look more enthusiastic, more active in answering questions, and more enthusiastic in participating in learning activities. Apart from that, students also seem more interested when learning is done using games on Wordwall. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of Wordwall media can help increase student learning activity and make the learning process more enjoyable. Therefore, Wordwall media can be used as an alternative learning media that can help teachers create more active and interesting learning.
