The rising prevalence of mental health issues among university students highlights a significant challenge in higher education, encompassing not only academic demands but also social and psychological dimensions. This study aims to comprehensively analyze student mental health problems, identify the limitations of conventional approaches, and propose the integration of theology and science as a more holistic alternative solution. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a conceptual and literature study approach, collecting data from scientific journals, academic books, and other credible sources. Data analysis is conducted through descriptive and interpretative techniques to explore the relationships among factors influencing student mental health. The findings reveal that student mental health is affected by academic pressures, lifestyle factors, social demands, and the impact of digital technology, which intensifies psychological stress. Furthermore, conventional approaches that primarily focus on medical and psychological aspects are considered insufficient, as they tend to overlook the spiritual dimension of individuals. The integration of theology and science provides a more comprehensive framework by combining scientific understanding with spiritual values to achieve life balance. The proposed conceptual integration model, which includes biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions, offers a more complete perspective in maintaining mental well-being. In conclusion, this integrative approach serves as a strategic solution to foster a healthier, more supportive academic environment that promotes overall student well-being
