Abstract

This study examines the importance of teachers’ emotional stability in creating a conducive learning environment in the modern educational era. The research is motivated by the increasing complexity of teachers’ roles, which not only involve delivering knowledge but also managing classroom dynamics and emotional interactions with students. This study aims to describe the concept of emotional stability, analyze its role in supporting effective learning, identify challenges faced by teachers, and explore strategies to enhance emotional stability. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research by analyzing relevant books, journals, and scholarly articles. The findings indicate that teachers with good emotional regulation are able to build positive classroom climates, foster meaningful interactions, and improve student engagement. However, modern challenges such as technological demands, administrative workload, and diverse student characteristics can affect teachers’ emotional conditions. Therefore, strengthening self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, resilience, social support, and work-life balance are essential strategies to maintain emotional stability. The study concludes that emotional stability is a crucial component of teacher professionalism and significantly contributes to the effectiveness of the learning process
