ANALISIS UJI VALIDITAS DAN UJI KESUKARAN SOAL BUATAN PILIHAN GANDA PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD

Abstract

This study aims to analyze construct validity and content validity of assessment instruments by examining the alignment between learning indicators, basic competencies, and the material being tested. The research employed document analysis of test items and expert judgment to evaluate the appropriateness of construct validity as well as the relevance of content validity to the current curriculum. The findings indicate that most items have met content validity because they are consistent with the instructional material and the scope of basic competencies; however, several items do not fully reflect the intended abilities stated in the indicators, suggesting that their construct validity requires improvement. These results highlight the importance of systematic test development through indicator specification, test blueprint construction, and expert validation before the instruments are implemented. The implications of this study suggest that improving the quality of assessment instruments will support the achievement of learning objectives and reduce potential errors in measuring students abilities.
