Abstract

The elementary education curriculum plays a crucial role in shaping the foundation of students' knowledge and skills. Faced with the increasingly complex challenges of the 21st century, curriculum innovation is necessary to advance students' skills in line with the demands of the times. One widely adopted approach in various countries is the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach. This article aims to discuss the development of an elementary education curriculum based on STEM as a solution to advance 21st-century skills.
