Abstract

Leadership is an important factor in organizational success, especially amid increasingly complex social changes and technological developments. This paper aims to examine the concepts of acrobatic leadership (values-based juggler leadership) and inspiring leadership, along with their relevance in the field of education. The study uses a literature review method by analyzing various relevant journals, books, and scientific sources. The findings show that acrobatic leadership emphasizes a leader’s ability to balance moral values, ethics, strategy, and adaptability to change, while inspiring leadership focuses on a leader’s ability to build vision, motivate, and encourage the creativity of organizational members. Both leadership models play an important role in creating a positive, adaptive organizational culture oriented toward human resource development. In education, the implementation of acrobatic and inspiring leadership can improve educators’ performance, create a conducive learning environment, and support the effective achievement of educational goals. Therefore, these two leadership concepts serve as important strategies for addressing the challenges of modern organizations.
