PERAN MAHASISWA PPL DALAM MENDUKUNG PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH SMK NURUL HUDA BLUTO

Abstract

The Field Experience Practice Program (PPL) is an academic activity aimed at providing students with real-world experience as prospective educators in schools. The PPL program at SMK Nurul Huda Bluto provides students with the opportunity to directly support the learning process by mentoring students, assisting teachers in classroom management, and increasing student motivation. This best practice paper aims to describe the role of PPL students in supporting the learning process during the practicum. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, documentation, and direct student involvement in the learning activities. The results indicate that PPL students play an active role in helping teachers prepare learning materials, assisting students during the learning process, and providing motivation to learn, thus making the learning process more effective and conducive.
