Indonesia is a country rich in ethnic, cultural, linguistic, and religious diversity, making it imperative for Islamic education to cultivate a generation that is tolerant and inclusive amid plurality. This study aims to examine the integration of multicultural education and religious moderation in Islamic education as a response to the challenges of diversity and the demands of the modern era. This research employs a qualitative approach through library research, utilizing documentation techniques and content analysis of relevant scientific literature sources. The findings indicate that multicultural education and religious moderation are closely interrelated and can be synergistically integrated into Islamic education through the development of an inclusive curriculum, strengthening the role of teachers as role models, cultivating tolerance within the school environment, and the critical and wise use of digital technology. The values of religious moderation, namely wasathiyah, tawazun, tasamuh, and i'tidal, are aligned with the principles of multicultural education and can serve as a foundation for shaping students who are moderate in character, respectful of differences, and capable of contributing to the harmony of a multicultural society.
