Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of leadership of school principals in the digital era, the challenges faced, the roles and competencies needed digital, and the strategies implemented to support the effectiveness of online learning and school resilience. The methodology used for thisstudy is a literature study of variousrelevant research findings regarding the leadership of school principals in the digital era. His analytical techniques involve the synthesis and interpretation of concepts, challenges, roles, and strategies presented in the literature to construct a comprehensive and effective leadership model for online learning. The main results show that school principals are required to have a reliable Sense of Digital Skill and adopt an adaptive, flexible, and visionary leadership style to effectively manage virtual communication and continuous innovation. The digital skills required are extensive, including digital communication, information management, digital transactions, and security. The principal's key strategy is to improve the capabilities of human resources through continuous digital training, maximize the use of ICT, and build a collaborative and innovative school culture. An important conclusion of this study is that effective leadership of school principals in the era of online learning demands a radical transformation to become a highly competitive digital leader in technology, acting as a dynamic innovator and agent of change, and strategically building a culture of adaptation and resilience to ensure the quality of education.
