ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KONSEPTUAL KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MANAJEMEN DALAM LINGKUP SATUAN PENDIDIKAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conceptual comparison between leadership and management in educational institutions. The research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method by reviewing 21 relevant scholarly articles. Data analysis was conducted through identifying, categorizing, and comparing key concepts related to leadership and management. The findings indicate that leadership focuses on vision, influence, and organizational change, while management emphasizes systems, control, and operational efficiency. Despite their differences, both concepts are complementary in educational practice. The integration of visionary leadership and systematic management plays a crucial role in improving the effectiveness and quality of educational institutions.
