DAMPAK INOVASI TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN EKONOMI: SUATU KAJIAN PADA PENGGUNAAN PLATFORM E-LEARNING

Abstract

Technological innovation, particularly in the form of e-learning platforms, has transformed the landscape of learning across various fields, including economic education. This research aims to explore the impact of technological innovation, specifically the utilization of e-learning platforms, on economic education. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews with users of e-learning platforms in various educational institutions. Data analysis was conducted to identify changes in teaching methods, understanding of economic concepts, and student engagement as a result of using e-learning platforms. The findings of the study indicate that the utilization of e-learning platforms has significantly positive impacts on economic education. Students reported higher levels of engagement, ease of access to learning materials, and enhanced understanding of economic concepts. However, challenges were also identified, including technical issues, lack of direct interaction between students and instructors, and the need for more intensive guidance in using the platform. This article presents the implications of these findings for the development of effective teaching strategies in economic education that optimally integrate technology.
