Abstract

In the digital era, the implementation of Electronic Health Information Systems (eHealth) is crucial to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. This article analyzes the extent to which eHealth is effective in improving the coordination of public health services. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, collecting data through surveys, interviews, and literature reviews. EHealth facilitates the integration of information from various healthcare entities, allowing for the exchange of patient data and supporting quick decision-making. Real-time patient monitoring enables a rapid response to changes in conditions, preventing complications. Patient engagement in managing personal health data strengthens coordination between patients and healthcare professionals. Challenges such as data security and human resource readiness need to be addressed. Data security is paramount, and training is necessary to ensure the effective utilization of eHealth. In conclusion, eHealth serves as a positive catalyst in the healthcare system, but challenges must be overcome to ensure successful implementation.
