Abstract

Leaders play a central role in directing and managing organizations towards the achievement of desired goals. In an era of rapid and complex changes, the concept of leadership transformation emerges as a significant approach to enhance organizational performance. This article proposes an exploratory study on leadership transformation and the determining factors of organizational performance in the context of administrative science.
