Abstract

This journal explores the dynamics of transformational leadership and its impact on organizational performance, focusing on a case study in the field of administrative science. Transformational leadership is considered an approach capable of creating positive and sustainable change within organizations. This research employs a qualitative method, gathering data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that transformational leadership plays a significant role in enhancing organizational performance in the field of administrative science. Transformational leaders in this case study were able to inspire, develop a shared vision, and provide high motivation to team members. They also excelled in building strong interpersonal relationships and encouraging active participation from all organizational members. Furthermore, the dynamics of transformational leadership proved to enhance innovation, creativity, and problem-solving in the administrative environment. Leaders applying this approach successfully created an organizational culture that supports growth, learning, and adaptation to environmental changes. This had a positive impact on operational efficiency and organizational member satisfaction. The results of this research can serve as a guide for organizations in the field of administrative science to accommodate and implement transformational leadership strategies. Practical implications of these findings include the implementation of leadership training, the development of interpersonal skills, and an increased awareness of the importance of a shared vision in achieving organizational goals. In conclusion, transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on enhancing organizational performance in the field of administrative science.
