Abstract

            This study aims to examine the concepts of Cultural Intelligence Leadership, Humanistic Leadership, and Religio-Humanistic Leadership as well as their implementation in educational institutions. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various sources. The results of the study indicate that these three leadership models play an important role in managing diversity, improving interpersonal relationships, and integrating moral and spiritual values in education. Their implementation is able to create an inclusive, humanistic, and character-based environment, although there are still some obstacles in its application. Therefore, adaptive leadership strategies are needed to improve the quality of education and teacher performance.
