INTEGRASI NILAI ISLAM DALAM PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA PENDIDIKAN SEBAGAI LANDASAN PERENCANAAN PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Abstract

Educational resource management plays a crucial role in the success of educational institutions. From an Islamic perspective, it should be based not only on effectiveness and efficiency but also on Islamic values derived from the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to examine the integration of Islamic values in educational resource management as a foundation for the development planning of Islamic educational institutions through a literature review approach. Data were collected from books, journal articles, and relevant studies and analyzed using content analysis. The findings show that values such as amanah (trustworthiness), honesty, justice, responsibility, shura (consultation), and professionalism can be integrated into the management of human resources, facilities, finance, and learning resources. These values contribute to transparent, accountable, and effective governance while supporting sustainable development planning and improving educational quality. Therefore, the integration of Islamic values serves as a strategic approach to developing quality and sustainable Islamic educational institutions.
