Leadership is an important factor in determining the success of managing educational institutions. School principals not only serve as administrators, but also as leaders who are able to build school culture, manage human resources, and formulate educational development strategies. This paper aims to examine the concepts of cultural leadership, human resource leadership, and strategic leadership in educational institutions, as well as their implementation in improving teacher performance and educational quality. The method used in writing this paper is a literature study by analyzing various scientific sources such as books and journal articles relevant to the topic of educational leadership. The results of the study indicate that cultural leadership plays a role in building positive values, norms, and school culture; human resource leadership focuses on managing and developing the competencies of teachers and educational staff; while strategic leadership is related to the leader’s ability to formulate a vision, develop strategic planning, and direct all organizational resources to achieve educational goals. The implementation of these three forms of leadership is interconnected and can improve the effectiveness of school management, teacher performance, and the quality of learning. Therefore, school principals need to integrate cultural leadership, human resource leadership, and strategic leadership in managing educational institutions in order to face various challenges and improve the quality of education sustainably.
