SIFAT RENDAH HATI SUBALI PENAKLUK KEANGKARAAN RAHWANA SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGENDALIAN EMOSI GEN Z

Abstract

Social media is one of the things that is very close to humans today, especially Generation Z. In social media, changes and the spread of issues occur very quickly. Pressure from social media can increase the level of depression in Generation Z. Some negative things from social media such as hate comments, fear of missing out, and prolonged use of social media can trigger an increase in depression in Generation Z. To minimize the emergence of negative emotions, especially from social media, we can limit the use of social media and we can also control our thoughts.  This condition is the same as one of the events in the Lokapala fiber. The nature of Ravana's fertility is in line with the nature of today's Generation z called FoMO. In this article it is explained how to control emotions through Raden Subali's humble nature which is told in the Lokapala fiber. The article uses philological and psychological theories according to John Watson which focus more on external behavior and the environment than on a person's internal state. This research uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques used in the form of literature studies.
