Information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process at MA Aisyiyah Binjai, North Binjai District, as well as to examine the management of ICT utilization based on the POAC management functions (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling). This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design to obtain an in-depth understanding of ICT utilization practices in PAI learning. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in stages, including data collection, data condensation, data display, and data verification to produce valid and comprehensive findings. The results indicate that the utilization of ICT contributes positively to the performance of PAI teachers, particularly in searching for learning resources, preparing instructional materials, using digital learning media, developing evaluation instruments, managing student assessment, and organizing instructional administration. However, there are still limitations in the ICT competencies of some teachers, which hinder the optimal use of technology. From a managerial perspective, ICT utilization in PAI learning has not been systematically planned or evaluated. Its use remains individual in nature as a learning support tool, without structured institutional policies. Therefore, the integration of ICT into a comprehensive learning management system has not yet been optimally implemented.
