This paper aims to examine the role of leadership in enhancing the success of
educational institutions in achieving organizational goals. The discussion focuses
on three leadership models: charismatic, spiritual, and prophetic leadership.
Charismatic leadership emphasizes the leader's personal appeal, which is able to
build emotional connections with followers, thereby increasing motivation and work
commitment. Spiritual leadership integrates transcendental vision, altruistic
compassion, and faith values to meet the spiritual needs of organizational members.
Meanwhile, prophetic leadership is based on the exemplary qualities of the Prophet,
namely siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah, which emphasize the importance of
self-control, responsibility, and moral values in leadership. This study also discusses
the implementation of these three leadership styles in educational institutions,
including supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the principal's strategies in
improving teacher performance through coaching, academic supervision, and
continuous evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of
effective leadership, whether charismatic, spiritual, or prophetic, can increase
commitment, discipline, and create a harmonious work climate in the school
environment
