ETIKA PROFESI GURU PAI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DI SDN MURTAJIH 1 PAMEKASAN

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to determine how teachers can apply professional ethics in Islamic Education (PAI) instruction integrated with technology as a learning medium. Specifically, this study examines the concept of professional ethics for teachers, how technology supports PAI instruction, the ethical challenges faced by teachers who use digital learning, and how technology impacts the PAI learning process. Interviews, documentation, and observations served as data sources at SDN Murtajih 1 Pamekasan. The research findings indicate that teachers’ professional ethics function as a moral and professional benchmark that encourages teachers to perform their duties more effectively. Benefits of technology-based PAI training include easier content delivery, higher student interest and engagement, and more access to learning materials. However, challenges for teachers also arise, including protecting personal data, the need for prudent digital use, and the existence of a digital access gap. Furthermore, technology must be used cautiously, even though it can improve the quality of student learning. Without a strong commitment, this could have a negative impact on the success of Islamic educational goals.
