This study discusses the implementation of the deep learning concept in learning at Madrasah Diniyah Sabilillah Syaichona Cholil Samarinda as an effort to improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes. The background of this research is the tendency of learning practices in madrasah diniyah that still emphasize memorization and teacher-centered approaches, so students have not optimally developed conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and meaningful learning experiences. This study aims to describe the implementation of deep learning, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and analyze its impact on the quality of learning processes and student learning outcomes. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and madrasah administrators. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of deep learning through contextual learning, reflective activities, collaborative discussions, and problem-based learning can increase student engagement, deepen conceptual understanding, and improve learning outcomes. Supporting factors include teacher commitment, a conducive learning environment, and curriculum flexibility, while inhibiting factors include limited learning resources and variations in teacher pedagogical competence. Overall, the implementation of deep learning contributes positively to improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes in Madrasah Diniyah.
