Analisis Literatur tentang Dampak Investasi Asing terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Negara Muslim dan Negara Barat

Abstract

Digital transformation is now crucial for Islamic Financial Service Cooperatives (KJKS) to deal with technological advancements and shifts in public attitudes. Digitalization helps cooperatives improve their work efficiency, the quality of their services, and their competitiveness in the digital economy. This study aims to examine different writings about the effects of digital transformation on the performance of Sharia Financial Services Cooperatives. The method used is a literature review, where we studied various scientific journals, articles, and research related to the topic from the past five years. Research findings indicate that moving towards digital solutions brings advantages for the performance of cooperatives. This is shown by the increase in efficiency in operations, the ease of accessing services, the rise in member satisfaction, and the improvement in financial performance. However, the process of digital transformation also faces several issues, such as a shortage of skilled workers, the costs involved in investing in technology, and a low level of understanding about digital tools. Because of that, it is important to have the right strategy so that digital transformation can support the sustainability and competitiveness of Islamic Financial Services Cooperatives.
